Terms and conditions
Customer is responsible for having site ready for service upon our arrival. Lights should be on (if night work planned), all vehicles and obstacles moved, and irrigation systems OFF.
Additional Mobilization Fee(s) will accrue if site is not ready. Unless otherwise specified, our services do not include cleaning of the surface other than clearing light dust and debris.
PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF COMPLETION . ANYTHING BEYOND NET10 REQUIRES A 30% DEPOSIT. ALL NEW CUSTOMERS REQUIRE A 30% DEPOSIT.
THEIRS A 10 CALENDAR DAY GRACE PERIOD.IF NOT PAID IN FULL, THEIR WILL BE A 10% LATE FEE EVERY 30 DAYS, *** MUST INCLUDE TRACKING NUMBER IF PAYING WITH A CHECK***
We advise you obtain all documentation necessary and /or processed on your end for payment, prior to commencement of work.
G-FORCE is not responsible for poor prior workmanship. Should this project require re-striping of existing markings, we will do our best to work with what is presented. There are no industry standards for stencils; therefore, we reserve the option to blackout any existing markings that do not match ours.
No Warranty for any sealed concrete surfaces unless Shot Blasting/Grinding also ordered.
Paint will not adhere properly to loose asphalt or concrete surfaces.
Unless otherwise agreed to, Client shall pay invoice within 10 days of receipt of the Invoice.
Overdue Invoices are subject to Late Charges beginning 30 days after completion.
Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card (Additional Fees may be Incurred). Mail checks to the address at the top of this invoice.
Client shall also pay to G-FORCE a late charge of 10% per month on all balances unpaid 30 days after the Invoice date. If client fails to pay on time and G-FORCE refers your account to a third party for collection, G-FORCE will charge all costs associated with the non-payment, including but not limited to, accumulated late fees, return check fees ($30.00), insufficient funds fees, collection agency fees, and court and attorney costs. G-FORCE will make every attempt to collect in-house, but if all attempts fail, G-FORCE will refer your account to a third party collection agent; in this event all correspondence and/or payments must be made through the collection agency.
Failure to pay on time may also subject the property to a lien hold, as prescribed by law.
